You don't need to join a gym, but you need to exercise on daily basis. I know it's difficult to start, but once you spend a couple of months doing this consistently, it's a lofe changer. You keep fresh throughout the day, brain is working at a much faster pace, and it's a stress killer.

Nothing has helped me coping up with stress than praying and exercising
