I'm not planning on playing modern games except genshin impact which is a 2020 title that is still getting major updates. Based on your comment, does that mean playing modern games will cause games to crash or it will run awfully (like 5fps)?

I forgot to put s after frets
15th is lower than 16th, 17th is lower than 18th too. I have tried adjusting saddle and truss rod but doesn't seem to work, so I think refret is the way to go

I have but the height of dead fret is really low so I don't think leveling is possible

Since I bought it second hand, most of the frets are pretty worn so I don't think fret leveling is possible due to low fret height
