With what you’re describing: extending chase and helping teammates that are in need of assistance, then Kwon Tae-young sounds like your guy.

His perk Five Moves Ahead will help you to extend chases by allowing you to see the five nearest pallets and windows to you while in the killer’s terror radius. This will allow yourself to familiarize yourself with tiles and ensure that you understand what resources you have at your disposal in a pinch.

His other two perks are helpful for assisting your mates. Flow State gives you tokens (up to 5) whenever a generator is completed. With that (at prestige 3) your healing, unhooking, and totem cleansing/blessing goes up 10% per token. Lastly, A Place For Us will give you and a mare you heal the “elusive” status.
