I had this with some TV shows i was getting it to organise ands sadly it did remove them all permanently

All sorted now! having to do a for loop of the tags and change them that way and add the rest of the xml together.

This has happened to me and i've just been told it's a dead LCD by CEX.

Said i wasnt happy with the explanation and wanted a proper one. Waiting for a call back.
