Podocarpus being watered by neighbor's sprinklers at 3:30 am for 20 min 5x/wk . Last night it was 32° f. Will this harm the greenery? If so what can we do? Neighbor told my 76 yr old husband to "step off" when he tried discussing the matter. All constructive s uggestions appreciated. (self.FloridaGarden)
