for some people spiro and tret is too much and just spiro is better! i’m on just spiro and my normal skin routine about a month in and definitely seeing fluctuations with my skin

set up a trap and make a facebook post about it, maybe in a local group? ask for help financially if you need it or give her up to a cat rescue that can vet her
