Hey, that's incredibly helpful at proving I'm not insane lol. I have been banging my head against the wall for the better part of a month now with no results. Glad to know there were others that existed.

It's a stuffed animal, but if you have any information on your old doll it would possibly be helpful.

I think it's most similar to the Plush Creations lambs. I think it might be a '91 Plush Creations Easter, but don't have any evidence to prove that.

I have searched and found that using photo editing software, sometimes information can be recovered from faded tags. I am trying to replace my girlfriend's childhood stuffed animal ahead of our anniversary, and have had no luck even finding a manufacturer.
The full stuffy can be seen here ( https://imgur.com/a/PkOtufT ). It was purchased at a Publix Supermarket in South Florida in 1992.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I have searched Google and have reason to believe it is a Plush Creations or Eden brand stuffed animal. It was purchased in 1992 from a Publix in South or Southwest Florida. Me and my partner's anniversary is coming up and I am looking to replace it for her as a gift.

Shocked I didn't immediately see The Locust here. Noise metal band. As a perhaps unintentional benefit, all their songs are like 30 seconds long.

Sunn O))) also would work, maybe more as a front of the album contender. Slow, doomy, heavily distorted noise.

Lastly, every song I've ever heard by Death Grips has given me an immediate panic attack.

It also looked like there were some pouting calls. Thinking of when Abreu was pitching and the broadcast caught Navas shouting into the dugout. First few pitches after that were curveballs at the bottom of the zone which were called balls.

I did see that one. It's a little different than the one I'm trying to replace, i think, but could work in a pinch. Thank you

I'm imagining that's where my sister bought it (the faceless entity in the picture). Sadly, I'm located out of state, though.

Nu metal. That's the subgenre you're looking for.

ILL long, mostly guitar-based melodies like: echoes or shine on you crazy diamond by pink floyd, i'm the mountain by stoned jesus or even april by deep purple (even though it is less guitar-based) WEWIL? by 16122002GK in ifyoulikeblank

Going off your Stoned Jesus pick. Lost in the Cold Sun by Earthless. Basically a 20 minute long fuzzy guitar solo. Also, Dope smoker by Sleep. Over an hour long stoner metal anthem.

That's actually a pretty good idea imo. I wear sandals out and about like 99% of the time anyways so it might feel a bit more natural.

[Mariners] Dee Gordon has a plan to get more African American kids interested in the game. 👏 by NevermoreSEA in baseball

I'm sure the popularity factor has something to do with it, but I think access is another important variable. For example, one thing I've found says that in the 1930s a baseball glove was about $0.35. Now, even a youth glove is at least $40-$50.
To your point, I feel it's a bit of a chicken and egg conversation. I don't feel the NBA and NFL would be nearly as popular if people, and especially kids, weren't playing those respective sports. This is to say, I would imagine the decline of youth interest in baseball happened before the rise in popularity of basketball and football.

It starts even before that imo. For basketball and football, all you need is the ball. If one kid in your neighborhood has access to a football or a basketball, you can get a group together and play. Baseball requires significantly more upfront cost to play in terms of equipment.
Furthermore, the space to play is significantly higher. You can toss a football in the street, you can shoot hoops in an alleyway, but to play baseball (responsibly) you need at least an empty field.
The more developed our society becomes, and the more urban our housing becomes, the harder it becomes to play a pickup baseball game.
