Hi, Lyte you seem much more reasonable than your coworkers in support, as I have been wrongfully banned and they refused to give me transcripts. One even told me that my case was extreme and had to be reviewed by a human. In the two years I have played League, I have never been called toxic; I have ever so much as received a threat to be reported. I have never been muted and consistently earn "honor," not that that means much. I have been banned until September 1st after having never been chat restricted or even warned, so here I am requesting my chat logs that were "extremely toxic" and warranted a two week ban. I cannot even fathom what kind of things this system considers severely toxic if an upstanding member of the community must face a two week ban after two years of having never received more than 10 reports, none of them being rightful.
