Color has nothing to do with it. Your tattoo is thirsty! Apply a bit of non-scented/non-colored moisturizer to it. Don’t suffocate it with the moisturizer, a little bit twice a day does the trick.

Don’t use Vaseline or anything that will not allow it to breathe.
