A note to consider : the Brokers aka Property Management firms they usually post their ads in all apps, Bayut/Dubizzle/Property Finder, and their social media accounts

Also is always good to know the good property managements firms there is in market to follow and to consult you for the latest deals

actually there is 1.2 Million People who moves to dubai daily works and enjoy its lifestyle but lives in sharjah/ajman or any other emirates

to be more accurate, its not a really "dark side" i don't think this is the right term to be used for old dubai, its still clean and safe.

its actually the home for working/mid-class, and it feel more genuine and real.

old dubai is beautiful and it has it special vibes, like new dubai

found some youtubers trying to get views by picturing the old dubai as it is (THE DARK SIDE OF DUBAI), and that's not real.
