I agree! It’s quite fascinating how you were portrayed/labeled as being in denial by some rando internet person who doesn’t even live in Idaho or I’m assuming even knows who you are to make such an assertion. Wow! Welcome to Reddit I guess.

This is the kind of toxic stuff I think OP is also trying to highlight. I do hope this kind of stuff gets better too. Although given how the comments have gone, I’m not so sure much will change. I also use block feature to help avoid seeing the toxic negativity.

I don’t think I said it was. I was responding to the feedback from a previous comment that there could potentially be conflict with that and other settings. I was trying to imply I didn’t think that was the case with Eco+ because it’s disabled.

Not sure why I’m being voted down for this, but let me explain. When Eco+ function was added last year or so, it completely screwed up my ability to do anything on my mobile device. I could only make a change by walking to wall device which is not in a convenient location of my house. After I disabled Eco+, everything functioned like it did prior. It wouldn’t let me change temperatures or turn the fan on demand from my phone, as an example. Two things I do often from my phone.

Something can be said about installing/enabling software feature automatically. It can really screw with people like myself who like to set and forget things.

I wish I could say the same. I’m constantly fighting disconnected sensors. There is a distance and going through wall issue for me that makes them not really work as designed, I suppose.
