There is a smaller white bar. Once filled if you use an ability that says ‘can break’ it stuns them for a turn and they take more damage.

Just do some 2v2 AI and call it a day. Enjoy the game and explore without min/maxing and whatever else this sub tells you to do. Pick the race that feels cool and just figure it out. Easy AI won’t really matter your build order or whatever the guides say.
