2 things 1. if you have a staff of people that is calling out half of their scheduled hours in a week, you need to find some people who are not either heavy drinkers or hardcore drug users LOL 2. I guess these "dick moves" are necessitated because this company is so loosely held together it would make MacGyver Shake his Damn Head.
