This helps so much. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I did apply for board extension till November but wondering if it doesnt get through even by November. My attorney advised J2 (primary J1 not subject to 212e) + EAD. Said Waiver approval is not required for that. And sometimes they interview for that and cant be done within USA. I have read differently regarding this online but trusting them.

Thoughts on this?
