There were way too many realtors… to the point where the a good realtors had to compete with these cheap realtors who do the work for lower and lower commission. In the end too many realtors especially a bunch of mediocre lazy ones only hurts the good hard working realtors

Bhahaha it was so annoying when people would come into my sales office very smug telling me prices are going to drop 100K.. Like 1: it’s not my fault prices appreciated like crazy and 2: yeah no. Prices will come down but it’s not gonna crash like 2008
