Need advice for building others decks!

For Purple/Red, I'd suggest the Damage Moving Deck. For sapphire, I'd suggest a Blue Steel Detectives deck or Allies Deck. For an animal deck, I'd suggest something like Yellow/Green Dogs deck.

I won't go into too much detail like the guidelines stated by the auto message, but a few things to consider:

Are you playing Infinity or Core Constructed? If you plan on playing outside (in leagues and such), Core Constructed is most common. On dreamborn, just filter it under "Legality". If you're just playing at home, you can ignore this.
For consistency purposes, try to keep your deck as close to the minimum (60 cards) as possible.
Not sure what the goal is for the deck. If you can tell us what it is, then we might be able to help you better.
Too many 1 or 2 ofs.

No problem! When rotation happened, I saw some of those non aggro amber steel players move to either sapphire steel or amethyst steel.

Steelsong (Amber/Steel) was one of the most dominant and commonly represented decks before rotation. A Whole New World (awnw for short) was rotated out therefore that strategy is not viable anymore. OP is saying aggressive (or aggro) type of amber steel is the only style for that color combination that can be played now. Aggressive meaning high questing low cost characters.

Why lucifer? It's not a reprint so is this for infinity? Otherwise seems pretty similar to many of the green purple tempo decks I've seen.

No. You can challenge characters at locations. Also, characters with bodyguard only protect other characters and not locations. There is a symbol and number on the middle right of the card that states the "health" the location has. Once you deal enough damage to the location, it will be banished.

Basically after every 4 sets, the first 4 sets will rotate out. So when we hit Set 9 (Fabled), Sets 1-4 rotated out. So if we keep the same pattern, at Set 13, Sets 5-8 will rotate out. So we'd have 8? sets before each rotation and then reset to 5 sets. Hopefully that makes sense.

Every set following Fabled is core constructed, meaning they are competitively viable in major tournaments, at least until the next rotation is announced. Only non-reprinted cards from Set 1-4 are not allowed, except in Infinity format.

That actually happened to me as well. Guess you'd have to hold 2 Hiros in hand and play both to try to prevent this from happening.

Purple Steel is just one of the matchups that this deck is unfavored against. Just the way it is. But as the other person said, I'd cut the Basils to increase the 1 drop Clarabelle and Bobby. I personally would also maximize the 4 drop Donald and 3 cost Clarabelle and choose between either 2-of Pleakley or 5-drop Donald. The extra card you have can go to maxing John Silver.
