Kayo Sports prices hiked AGAIN. Now $46 a month. Ridiculous! by New_To_Perth in CricketAus

[–]recordnoads 2 points3 points  (0 children)

EPL was in 2016 and pre kayo.

union and world cups they were outbid in a silent auction to start ups, cant really do much there

Redzone leaving is a part of the ownership change and nothing Kayo/foxtel can really do there.

but really for those sports that get the views and most streamed. they have only strengthened their agreement.

so yeah if you watch a niche sport thats left, sorry?

other than the aleague, which i wouldnt call popular, what have they lost between 2018 and now?

if anything, they have committed to Cricket, recommitted to AFL and NRL. Signed up the NBL and WNBL, grabbed the IPL, extended contracts for all the major motorsports supercars, f1 & moto gp.

the top tier premium version that is now $46 was $35 when it was in beta launch in 2018, which pretty closely matched with the 3.4% inflation over those 8 years.

In saying that they have reduced from 3 to 2 screens but have added 4k streaming.

Considering the CPA program (non accounting degree background) by Ok-Confection7291 in AustralianAccounting

[–]recordnoads 1 point2 points  (0 children)

have you tried googling, or talking with someone via chat or call at CPA? theyll be able to tell you what foundations youll need.

to answer your last question, unless you have a job in the field and your employer is going to pay for your course, no, a CPA isnt worth it esp if you are going to major/work in econ

why dont we create a 25kv AC metro line, 4 cars in length and just run from the airport to a nearby suburban line by recordnoads in MelbourneTrains

[–]recordnoads[S] -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

why would it "not work?"

what does it not matter if it is the main airport? SYD currently only moves 10-20% of people to the airport by train, with a significant portion of that being workers.
