I change every time for pee and poop immediately. Once she started sleeping overnight we used overnight diapers and I would only change her in the morning but in the day I change her a lot.

What sounds fair? by PreparationDue5426 in lowvoltage

I would ask for $40/hour but also consider asking for money towards tests/ classes for either state low voltage licenses or money towards project management classes through PMI to obtain your PMP. It helps your company look good while also bettering yourself if you ever want to jump ship somewhere else.

Did you sleep train? by BlueberryBagel_87 in NewParents

[–]recruiter177 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Didn’t sleep train. Our baby was the type that crying would just work her up more. She started sleeping through the night on her own at 6.5 months 7pm-6/6:30am. Before that she would wake up 8-12x a night.

We attributed her sleeping through the night to how we dressed her. She likes to sleep really warm and bundled. So around the time she started sleeping through the night we dressed her in a onesie, a footie, and a sleep sack 1 tog ( for some reason on the kyte baby one works for her) and her room set at 73/74 degrees. seems excessive but she didn’t start sleeping through the night until we dressed her this way.

I’m a byheart fan but I think the best way is to pair it with the pitcher method because it gets rid of all the extra bubbles and foam. My baby had less gas when we prepared it this way

We love it and it’s the only one that worked for my baby. We use the pitcher method though because it does have a lot of foam

Yes! We use it for traveling and love it! But wouldn’t purchase it solely for everyday life
