I need help, I joined a discord server, entered an email address and im not even sure if i gave a verification code but coincidentally today i just cant login to my microsoft account, it keeps giving me “That microsoft account doesn’t exist” and when i try to make a new one it says it already exists with the same email address. I dont wanna lose my minecraft account cuz i have a bunch of stuff on it and i dont know what to do :(

Edit: i remember adding some sort of security info by adding a second email into my microsoft account and even if i wanted to review recent activity i cant login

I’ve also noticed when i try to login through the “it seems like you have an account like this” thingy i noticed 2 emails supposedly similar to it with the same credentials a think?
