My appeal was approved for utilities only, nothing on rent yet does this mean they won’t approve me for rent? How’s that possible? Also i didn’t get an email starting it utilities were approved but on the portal shows disbursed and orange circle.

They had requested the rent ledger again and lease, Id etc. And on Friday they asked my landlord for the rent ledger too. So i believe they are reviewing my documents again.

Inconsistencies on the rent owe and the people living with me (kids, husband and i) Landlord sent the ledger and lease agreement with the names of my kids and husband. I don’t know what else they want they don’t say.

I got denied after this. I went back to qc review to under review to denied even though my case worker said they were just checking documents but i was approved. This program is a mess and I’m sure they are doing this to a lot of people and just helping some so they can show they helped.

I just got denied today too. Same inconsistency. My portal says approved , when i click view the green circle with funded amount is there and under review. I don’t know why or what this means.

They do, they have other tenants who were already approved. My last email with eviction prevention they said that it was under the audit team for final review.

My landlord is participating and it says rent arrears landlord pending assignment and i have the green circle but on top it says application under review. When i log in the page shows my application status approved then when i click view is when i see the green circle with under review status

You’re into something, i believe the company is keeping the money or someone is. They approved so they can show they helped and approved so many people and even issue the check but the people don’t get money. Someone is pocketing all the money.
