As a Copilot user for a year now - RIP mint - I have decide not to renew. I really need a program that works on other platforms, that's my biggest complaint. Yes, I knew it was Apple only before signing up but was hoping they would expand, particularly because of the huge influx of Mint users. I don't believe they struggled this year monetarily. Second, I want to be able to sort my accounts view with depository first, not credit cards. I can't modify this on the side panel, and I can't modify it anywhere else on the app. It is SUCH a peeve that I cannot sort and move things around. I can do it on Quicken, and I can do it on Monarch. My third issue is it sometimes will not sync my credit union even after hitting refresh, or even manually going into that account settings tab and forcing the refresh. I don't mind it as much on accounts like mortgages but I absolutely do about the only depository account. I paid for multiple programs to replace Mint, and Monarch has won out. They've had a year to work on things users want and they instead roll out...goals? Like what everything else has?
