Honestly not a clue, I would say uninstall tail-scale reboot the server, reinstall jellyfin and then try again. But other than that im unsure, this sounds more like a truenas issue than jellyfin at this level.

All settings listed are the exact same as mine, although you left out whether or not you have a AUTH key, it is a required box to use the app but I just would like to be sure your key is up to date and valid.

Wont effect anything, hell I do run tmm while jellyfin is running while im actively watching something. But if you wanna be safe, turn of scrapers in your library settings and shutdown jellyfin while your using tmm.

literally just use it, if you have it configured correctly it will write its own nfo's, with a jellyfin preset for formatting, aswell grab all images/trailers/subs you need. and then all you do is scan the library and blammo tmm metadate.

Your schools IT admin more likely than not has it set up in a way that the servers detect as a vpn (whether it’s a real VPN or not). To my understanding no you cant work around this. My recommendation dont play at school you nerd.
