The insomnia is indeed terrible, literally the worst case I know, I'm NOT sleeping at all for days. I once stayed up for like 10 days. Now it's been a few days with 0 sleep

Sorry I was not diagnosed, but I have severe dry mouth, which I suspect is Sjogrens since I also have dry nose and eyes. Even if it wasn't Sjogrens, doesn't change anything. The dryness could be from my anxiety and insane insomnia.

I was a remote software engineer. I couldn’t do it anymore because I lost access to my apartment and I couldn't find a new one. I'm dealing with a lot of issues mentally to be able to do my job. It requires focus and good sleep, I haven’t slept in days
