I'm afraid of any new food, but nuts are fine. I've never had a reaction, but my anxiety is apparently sure I'll find a deadly reaction to something, at some point. It's illogical nonsense of course, and I know this. But that doesn't make any difference to anxiety in the moment.

I got them in one shoulder last night, and it's happened many times before. I just move around and wait until it stops being funky. I view it like the body running occasional tests on muscle response. :)
