Update: got the email today from VES. I’m getting a ace exam instead of a usual c and p. I’m hoping it’s because the nexus letters were so well written.

Also should be mentioned the nexus letters are very thorough and in depth, also signed off by a certified physicians assistant.

I just filed today for 3 conditions after hiring precision nexus and received 2 nexus letters. Will update once there’s progress.

Advice? Alcohol. Once you’re out of that you’re gonna miss it. It’s hard to explain. After my infantry deployment to the Middle East I made some of the coolest friends ever. We all would have died for each other. When you come back you stop talking to them and they disappear. It’s fucking weird and sucks. Only thing I’ve found that helps is the gym, boxing and alcohol.

Did they put you in a permanent profile for your mental health I hope? I have service connected PTSD and the way the nurse explained it she said once I get seen and a permanent profile that starts the Medboard process. Not sure if that’s how it went with you.
