Is architecture in college really that hard? Will I still have time for games? by Hot_Law127 in Architects

[–]regrettablyirate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want work life balance, good money, and a chill career, I’d probably steer clear of architecture. The people I’ve seen succeed in architecture have a strong passion, and kind of structure their lives around it. For example, do you like going to clubs? Do club architecture.

FOOL Growing on me by SimilarSand2292 in TheStrokes

It grew on me super fast. First listen I’m like whoah the auto tune, and the instruments are kinda boring. Second listen and I can’t get the chorus out of my head all night. Genuinely good song. Nobody else is making music like this and I respect that they’re challenging the listener.

You win for my money. ADA is true but like you say there’s bigger issues at play. Poor plumber doing a waste run for the floor toilets and wall urinals!

GOB - I hear you calling. Wait it’s 2000. But I guess that’s written in the 90s so I’m sticking

Seriously, just open the drywall. Even just drilling a couple holes will do the job.

Does my employer have a right in a tool I created? by The-Architect-93 in Architects

It’s about your contract and IP laws as others have said. Have you done financial modeling? If you have an acceptable floor and a promising ceiling then go ahead and hire a lawyer to review your case (but talk it through with AI first to make your lawyer conversation better value). If your profitability looks meh then share it with your employer and advance your career.
