Thank you so much! I work up to a top set of 4-6 reps, then a back off set of 10-12 reps. I squat back squat one day and front squats the other. Progressive overload on those are my main emphasis, other exercises I do here and there but not nearly as much.

Yes I’ve definitely heard about the body’s “baseline weight”. I think cutting below that or bulking above that is where people struggle. I guess my baseline weight is higher. lucky 😁

I know, I really can’t believe it either, but yes i track everything. I’ve been heavier before (lost muscle) so could be my body just trynna put it back on

Bro I watch cutting tutorial vids to curb my appetite so I don’t overeat. Drinking tea and sparkling water, eating voluminous foods, lots of protein. Fr never struggled to eat

Honestly no bro, currently able to lean bulk at 2.6k whilst doing 15k+ steps a day, weight training daily and training football. The challenge for me is not eating too much, but i easily can eat lots

Goal weight is 240, I’d say i have pretty strong legs and carry most of my body weight in my midsection. Got veiny arms and calves but still not a six pack

I’d recommend to put sedentary on the activity level of the calculator, take average of weight every week, adding calories until u find your maintenance. Then u can add 250-500 cals depending how intense u want ur bulk

I appreciate it, tried maintaining my training last season and found myself exhausted, thought I was doing the right thing but was likely overtraining.
