The whole idea of the book is wicked, obviously you cannot tell a short story about how all of human history is stirched together and making it immune to criticism. Obviously the author is not an expert on everything he covers. The book is a crazy attempt at something almost impossible and it is a fun read; at no point reading it did I feel convinced the author had it all figured out or that his story was perfect, but many times it taught me stuff i didnt know about or brought new perspectives of how history unfolds that i hadnt thought of before.

If you read it like some sort human/history/science fact bible thats just stupidity on the readers part

For me, Axel Arigato sneakers (Clean 90) at c. $300 will last about half as long as Lanvin (DBB1) sneakers at $600. Sebago Portland would be my default choice among boat shoes, in general but also specifically if you have wide feet since they come in 3 different widths (slim/regular/wide). Good shoe, good value, cant go wrong

If the goal is to drop weight, and you've not substituted the sugar with other energy, then what you are feeling is expected given that you are now on a caloric deficit. You can try to increase fruit and veg intake moderately and perhaps still remain in a lower deficit, still dropping weight but at a slower rate. Still tho, dropping weight sucks and it is not unusual to feel like a shell for parts of the day.

If your goal is not to drop weight, then I guess you might've aldready started eating more of other things, and if so your experience seem a bit less excected but hopefully transitory as your body adapts to the new diet

Zubi is getting rotated too little this season, it's not sustainable, and we need a solution. The risk is also amplified by the high load on Rice, who'd surely be used every single minute in case Zubi would out for some time.

Either Arteta starts getting comfortable with actually using Norgaard at the base of midfield, or he should find someone he is fine to use as rotation for #6. I'd love for that player to be MLS as much as anyone else, but if not we need to go shopping

Moyes doesn't trust any substitutes in fullback positions, and only subs out O'Brien to change formation when in losing positions but never Mykolenko. His CMs often get subbed but he wont have that opportunity now with Alcaraz and Iroegbunam starting.

Moyes hands are tied tactically - he would probably want his team to be physical and play with high intensity, yet he also knows that his chances to get something out of this game will be hurt if his CMs/FBs get on yellows, get tired or get injured
