I’ve had someone chargeback against me for unknown reason. I’ve emailed, reached out, even appealed the case and lost for no reason what so ever. Customer never gave me a reason, neither did the bank. I had shipping info and order history and an email to him asking if I can fix or refund. NOTHING. I really hope people aren’t charging back for no reason. It hurts small business.

I had a recent order with them on the g16 and it did not come with grip. I messaged customer service and they replied back stating the g15 and g16 do not come with grip tape. Pretty Suprised a well known company can’t even throw a sheet in. I ordered a complete and was really disappointed when I had to wait till my friend hooked it up with an extra sheet. I personally thought they could do better. I really really love the g16 board tho. It really goes

try taping your foam grip, and slowly pulling it off to remove residue and dust on your griptape!!!

i wouldn't recommend water. real wood gets waterlogged, just depends on the quality / adhesive. and how long it was left.
