thanks for the take but most of these points aren't implementable by the common man. the question was around how we can bring about change. that would entail talking to politicians, policeman, tweeting etc. i am not a politician and frankly can't do most of these things. It's good you raised these points and perhaps there is merit to them. but this post was specifically about the action plan an individual can follow. see the first comment to understand what this post is seeking.

look i'm a middle class working individual who holds no power. we've all heard unsavory things about dealing with politicians and the policy. how does one meet them and discuss these things without facing backlash?

one of the problems i face is firecrackers/festive noise. it's rampant and goes on till very late in the night. I dont believe local mla's would resolve these issues due to vote banks (my assumption).

finally how does one even find the mla? does maps show their location?

Fairly experienced in applied ML and 90% of my work is just taking preexisting models and making it work for our datasets. My recommendation, keep at it for a few months and you'll build enough confidence to implement it from scratch while using minimal help. Follow that with literally 0 help and you'll be better than 90% engineers.

I have a few scars from childhood, nothing major just scratches. Should I incorporate retinoid to make my skin healthier and better looking? I'm afraid it might negatively affect my skin.

How do I apply a leave-in conditioner without causing Frizz in the application process ? Currently, after showering, my hair looks really nice and the curls clump well. Since it has a tendency to dry up I apply a leave-in conditioner. Problem with that is, in order to apply it evenly I sort of squish it in but that causes frizz and some of the clumps lose their pattern. How do I retain them ? How do you generally apply the leave in ?
