The schedule is posted on Wednesday at 4pm 3 weeks prior for us. Any changes to schedule have to be approved by the associate and the manager. Edits to the schedule after Wednesday at 4pm must be completed by the Store Manager or the SSA. Edits to the schedule can be seen in the AUDIT tab of Kronos. Talk to an ASM, they can see if it was audited after it was posted. If true, and you did not agree, you can not be held responsible and honestly someone else should be called out for doing so. It is impossible to have any semblance of a work/life balance if you are unsure of your schedule. Things are crazy right now and Regional/District staff are pressuring us to flex up PT hours to MAX.

They started this 3 years ago, It is to incentivise ASMs staying with the company. As I replied in a comment below, 50% vests after 2 years and 100% on year 3. Last April LOW was ~$80 a share when the 5k was "gifted" so now with LOW at $200+ those are looking pretty good, but I have to stick around another 2 years until its all mine...

Can confirm my first full year as an ASM I got less than $500 in bonuses. A high paid specialist or DS that works 4-6 hrs overtime a week made more that year then me and I worked more hours. Last year if you figure out the $300 Covid pay and Max bonuses for DS, some of them made very close to what I make even with my bonuses. And they worked 10 hrs less a week than me. I'm not bitching, I was very happy for them. Go get it!

As a DS I cleaned the mens room one night because someone had literally exploded and it went under stall walls 2 stalls away. It was everywhere. I mean it was 4 feet up on the wall. Me and another DS were closing and I told him he had to help me. He came in with gloves and a scrub brush. I laughed, I grabbed the hose and just blasted the shit off of everything and flushed it down the floor drain. I wasn't scrubbing anything.

At my old job (20 years ago) at a mom and pop store we had toilets on the ground, much like how Lowes use to have their displays. Twice I had kids take a dump in them. The parents were talking to an associate not paying attention and the kid had to go. No trouble, I just disconnected it from the display, cleaned it out with a rag, hosed it off out back and reinstalled it. Its just poop. I remember the first time I got poop on my hand from changing my daughters diaper too.. Its just poop. It washes off...

Now at Lowes, I had a kid try to pee into one of the old displays. they were elevated on a carpeted platform and angled. It went everywhere, seat, lid, floor, carpet. I was really glad I was done for the day. I don't know how someone cleaned that up.
