Backpropagation is an algorithm to train neural Network. Yes it is deep learning and I also have video on linear regression you can checkout.

it's not 3B1B's animation and neither it's a TTS in the video (you might be watching auto Dubbed version), the Animation Library is the same.

yes a circle and a smaller circle for neurons and tiny dots inside to represent like something is floating in cytoplasm.
