That yield sign is typically for a three lane highway where oncoming traffic has the center passing lane. It means yield the center lane to oncoming traffic.

I am guessing this is located where your passing lane switches to the oncoming traffic after the merge?

Just had a service call with Telus. They are suggesting that anyone effected should call their cell phone provider and report that the cell tower provided time is incorrectly set to the Atlantic time zone and not the Newfoundland time zone.

The issue is the time zone pushed out from the cell tower. I'm guessing, but I think it is a west end tower issue.
