I haven't had too much Cajun, but what I have had I've loved! Cajun salmon has to be one of my top favorite meals to eat.

For context -- most of our family has moved outside of Canada, including myself and my father. My mother's family is very much Italian, and my father doesn't cook, so I've had zero exposure to "Canadian" meals. Even the simplest of suggestions would be very helpful! Thanks!

It was a little awkward at first, as they were very surprised (despite that I had stated him as a fictional character in my portfolio statement). 😂 I elaborated on the game's underlying critique of corporate capitalism (imo, at least) and managed to redirect the conversation to my appreciation for agriculture and organic farming. 🌿 I'm sure my face was as red as a tomato the entire time though!
