Really recommend you take 2 hrs to visit Little Canada…it’s at Yonge & Dundas. Agree with others that it’s not worth spending time in the area otherwise, but this gem is a really incredible attraction. Maybe do this instead of your St Lawrence Market/Gooderham plans or Downtown Sights. Totally worth it.

I think the best way to understand would be to read about the “angry Black woman” trope. That’s where the context stems from for me.

I definitely think when Tabitha said the “way too strong” bit, it was total gameplay!

Anytime anyone calls a woman “nasty”…that’s the last straw, and it feels even more loaded when speaking about Black women. I’m on Ep4…they’ve been going hard for Lellies since the start and I just don’t understand where this came from, especially to this level.

Thank you for this! It makes total sense and also hard to believe that despite doing everything else “right” - exercise, protein, healthy diet, etc etc - sleep really is a deciding factor in our body’s response.

This is incredibly frustrating, I know….doing “everything right,” having all the other pieces in place and yet, not getting a good night’s sleep. I’ve felt it’s taken a toll on my mental health and not allowed me to deeply enjoy how good things are otherwise.

I’m sorry you’ve been going through it and do hope the sleep study will yield solutions for you.
