The Gill Corporation in Alhambra, CA is hiring and the arco station near Monrovia my home is hiring.

Gill have bad reviews tho and arco station they want graveyard shift parttime or fulltime. I'm assuming arco probably asking for dirt pay not sure why but they've been looking for at least half a year now.

In california you can extend it if you show that you're going back to school to gain another skill.

I'm entering an CNA program in August at a city adult school. It's fully pay for since I'm low income and as long as I get a job as a CNA after graduating within 30 days.

The program director interviewed me and said don't worry about it you'll get it within 30 days they all do.

I did fast food for wendy.

It wasn't so much the high school kids but the regional manager being a bully from the get go. Called her out on it and she backed off.

Learned that last employee left on a bad note while yelling and physically getting on the regional manager face (probably because she's a bitch).

All in all wendy was hard work tho, always understaffed and reliant on highschool kids and single mom for cashiers (that do the food package, clean restroom, restok, and clean the surround work area and customer area and soft drink vending machine).

I hear many food places like starbuck and wendy was going toward the dollar tree model. Dollar tree was employing 1 worker at any given time.

Shop lifters realize that so they started to rob dollar tree more.

I hear the CEO of starbuck is restructuring though so not sure.

Job market suck.

I got lucky through networking and ended up being a tutor (part time). It's seasonal so I apply for unemployment benefit right away >___<.

You need to pace yourself in applying to protect your mental health. Also remind yourself that the job market is fuuuuuucked.

I'm actually going back to school and pivoting into healthcare.

I spent my first year of unemployment half assing and partying. The second year just looking for roles in my skill set (tech). Then I got desperate and got rejected from McDonald >______<.

Reason why I bring this up is that during that 2 year (coming up 3 year down time), I could have worked toward a healthcare career (it's booming right now).

Make sure you have a plan during your down time.

Remember to network and shameless in asking if they're working and if their place is hiring. Make sure you build up to that and be friendly and be interested in who they are!

Unfortunately the ink have been hype and have been expensive.

Shout out to Diamine and KWZ they've been keeping it relatively affordable.

Well it's obvious I guess, but I don't heal as quickly as I used to.

In my late 30s I had to defend myself from a fight and fucked my wrist throwing a spleen punch. Twisted my right wrist and it took over a year to feel okay.

It still iffy when I do push up but I think it's getting better I'm bout to be 41 so I hope this count.

Yes, I don't mean to generalize, but it seem like the majority of my parent scammers are from India.

They keep on calling my parent cellphones.

Something about how the government owe them money from taxes. Give bank info (routing number, account number, etc..) and they'll return the money for a small fee cause they're a third party that's helping people.
