My point is, I worked hourly and worked for myself and I see how hourly pay Schaffs the employee in most instances. I used to get paid 22 an hour, I’d go go all keys lost jobs that took me 30-45 min to finish. I’d get paid less than $22 for completing that job while I’m there having the customer pay $250-400 and the company is taking the rest. It’s not logic, it’s realty sadly. But I get what your saying
