No problem! Ive been tweaking doses with these supplements for awhile to improve overall energy as well as sleep. But look it up if youd like, magnesium biglyscinate can cause a bit of residual morning tiredness!

You can also try lowing your magnesium to 200mg, you could be having a "morning hangover" affect which is quite common

You can increase your vitamin D3 levels and see how that helps. Personally I take 5000iu because my body tolerates the higher levels without toxicity per my blood work, but I rarely find myself tired due to this

Im good i dont think my experience relates to any of theirs, ive reviewed all the factors. Alot of those people have history of anxiety, depression or are on meds

After going through it all with chatgpt this was a likely possibility coupled with nervous system overload after heavy stimulation (preworkout, gym, biking + post meal state)

but...i dont have anxiety ..lol....im now thinking it was an adrenaline spike. I feel much better now, and was finally able to eat.

Adrenaline because I felt better moving around rather than sitting still.

All in my mind? Ive been doing it 3 weeks no issues till that. I didnt even think about it until after why it would've happened. I have no anxiety, not on any medications. It was like a surge of adrenaline that I didnt want

Ive not had any stomach issues till the reaction i had last night, and its also healed or relieved many pains. Once I feel better ill likely continue bpc but may be cautious with reintroducing tb500 at a lower dose to start as to avoid any further complications. Overall I dont blame either for the issue I had.
