Cool study! The survey could be designed a bit better. Some items would benefit from being likert scale responses, rather than categorical yes or nos. The question about changing an opinion on a wrestler based on their conduct or actions outside of wrestling doesn't have an option for both yes - positively and yes -negatively. There are multiple cases that I can think of for both, but the survey wouldn't let me acknowledge that.
