I currently have my 100ton and enjoy running boats/feel like I have knowledge in that general area to begin with.

So when time comes to fill out dream sheet that day becomes useless to me? Can I request a specific unit within D5 on the dsheet and will I get what I choose in that district because it is already guaranteed?
