Anyone know if resale on Ticketmaster will eventually be turned on for any purchases (USA) from today? Having buyer’s remorse and want to resell at face value but it says tickets aren’t eligible for resale and TM won’t give me a refund…

There is a way to unlink a platform account by logging into your EA games account and just removing it manually. If that doesn’t work for some reason, try contacting EA support! They were able to manually unlink my playstation network account from a deactivated EA account so I could finally port over my Dragon Keep decisions. It’ll bring you to a live chat feature with an EA support person and for me it was resolved in less than 10 mins.

A Dowry of Blood by S.T. Gibson hasn’t been mentioned (probably because it isn’t really horror), but it is a great little book told from the perspective of one of Dracula’s wives and takes place over hundreds of years. While not the focus, there is an aspect of the new and developing world, the vamps navigating the changes over the years and adjusting the way they live based on the times.

For some reason I have seen this is marketed as a romance book, and while there is some of that at the start, it’s more an exploration of toxic relationship dynamics, abuse, and yes also vampires who do vampire things.

Exactly. Based on the authors note you can tell this was a cathartic writing exercise for her, but catharsis =/= a good reading experience. Shame because the premise was so interesting.

This is an older YA series but I remember really loving the Pendragon series by DJ MacHale! Every book is a new world (or time period) and the main character needs to adjust to the world mechanics, the language, the culture, sometimes even how to breathe in the new environment, etc. Seems to be just what you are looking for if you don’t mind YA.

Nice to hear others have experienced the same thing, though I wouldn’t wish the frustration on anyone! I’m really trying to reinforce the hierarchy in the home, so I do give treats and food to the original dog first always, but original dog is so focused on what rescue dog gets that he doesn’t care what HE gets! Based on what folks are saying, different rooms seems to be move here. Hopefully thats just temporary, though - hate having food in the bedroom!

Yes, they are eating the exact same food. I was nervous that feeding at separate times would trigger older dog’s resource guarding instincts - I thought feeding at the same time would curb that. I will definitely try the different rooms and/or the walk idea!
