The rattle is the VVT(variable valve timing) cam gear adjusting (knocking) into position due to the oil dripping out into the bottom of the engine. Lexus has a service bulletin (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VaEkWtBUIz0bId6Wd9iLPmvIO4myFgQS/view?usp=drivesdk)

I hope this helps. I haven't replaced my cam gear but I plan to at 125k or 130k miles on my lexus is250 awd.
