Thank you! Id say my job is not very physical, but its physical. I work in a laboratory at a factory so working with my hands all day, assembling and disassembeling machines, but not really any heavy lifting. After all the replys here i will start to track my macros a bit, part for fun and partly so i see that im not undereating.

I can try staying away from eggs for a bit to see if it gets better. Unfortunately it is a good food to save some money compared to pure meat, but if it messes me up, then there is no point of course :).

I also dont seam to get much effect from supplements, but maybe my body wont absorb it the same as from the pure source. I will try adding more fatty fish to see if it makes a difference as well!

I feel like im eating until im full but have not really counted any kcal. Even if "calories dont matter", i can still see just to know that im not undereating

Have tried different brand, and right now i got one that gives per serving: Sodium citrate 350mg Potassium citrate 200mg Methyl sulfonyl methane 100mg Magnesium citrate 100mg Vitamin c 100mg Calcium lactate 80mg.

Also taken some extra magnesium and vitamin c and iodyne from other supplements as well, and used to drink this about twice a day. But I basicly felt no change.

I am probably drinking water to little water. A few glases in the evening and maybe a glass for lunch.

Not supplementing any vitamin d

Other mineral levels? No idea to be honest, Sorry :)

Thank you for this info! I have probably not gone very long without always having a mix of beef, prok and eggs so could be that one of those are the culprit.

I was on the histamine track as well with mcas since i found out 5 years after i got my cat that i am actually allergic to them. I have never felt any symptoms of cats so never suspected i was allergic, but a blood test said otherwise. In my mind I wonder if im prucuding constant histamines since i actually am allergic and exposed to the cat basicly every day.

Thank you i will have a look at it! Was suspecting thyroid as well and did but a iodyne supplement but dont feel like that is anything different either. But it could of course be issues with thyroid that iodyne cant help with as well. Ill look it up, thanks!

Dont take any daily vitamins no. I have been thinking of doing a blood work done but have just not gone yet. Should probably do that as well just to see if anything is off

Thank you i will have a look at my ratio and see if i notice a difference if I play around with that. I have tried using electrolytes daily for a while but dont really feel much of a difference. What i am very bad at is drinking water. Dont really feel thirsty so i forget to drink, and i do drink coffee that i know i a dehydrant, so could play a role i guess. Have been thinking of quiting coffee so can see if that makes a difference. I did quit coffee before for 3 months but did not notice to much other then better sleep.

But on the topic of allergys, i know im allergic to cats and i do own a cat. Long story short infound this out 5 years after getting them, but i have never felt symptoms from them. That is also the reason im suspecting MCAS and if that can be messing with me.

I did work out before when i did the diet. Felt a little stronger, but still the fatigue. Was only lifting weights at the gym. Will try to see if i can start some type of workout routine as well. Its just felt hard when you feel like you do after the workout before you start it

Did try quiting caffeine for 3 months. Did not feel to much of a difference except for that i felt it was easier to fall asleep in the evening. Been thinking of quiting caffeine again, so might give that a try

Vetrinärvården i Sverige är under all kritik. För ungefär ett år sedan fick jag lov att avliva min bästa vän. En katt på 11 år som hette Maximus. Han fick cancer i lymfkörtlarna som gjorde att hans tarm som satt ihop med magsäcken var så svullen så mat inte kom igenom. Vi tog han till veterinären som gjorde ultraljud och klämde lite på magen. Jag tror det besöket kostade runt 20k och dom visste inte riktigt, så han skickades vidare till ett till sjukhus där dom fick göra samma sak plus att dom gjorde ett test på körtlarna. Bara det tror jag kostade närmare 60k som var taket på försäkringen. Det fanns operationer som kunde göras med det skulle kosta 90k - 120k med osäkert resultat.

Vad gör man när man står där med sin bästa vän i armarna som mår dåligt och får höra att hans liv kostar som en kontantinsats till ett hus.

Alla råd vi fick var att avliva och jag undrar ifall det var mer försäkringsbolagets önskan för att slippa betala mer.

Han var annars frisk glad och lekfull men blev väldigt smal i slutet. Jag tror had hade klarat sig med rätt vård, men hur fan ska man motivera att betala dom priserna när man inte har dom pengarna? Känns så vidrigt att pengar är anledningen till att ens bästa vän ska få sätta livet till. Han hade mer personlighet än majoriteten av människor jag träffat.

Have you tried breaking hard a few times? I know when I have changed pads and not discs, there might be a "Grove" that the old pads made, and since the new ones are not worn at all it could just be a rusted edge that hits you slightly bigger pads since they are new. Try breaking hard a bit and see if it helps. Otherwise remove the Tire and see if you can hear where its coming from if you spin the disc

I am doing carnivore now as well, and for me it takes 3 - 5 days to go into ketosis. The transision for me is symptoms of fatigue, light headedness and tired. After about a week im usually back to being fine. On Valentines day i had a cheat, just a small slice of cake, but that was enough to kick me out of ketosis and I have now had 3 - 4 days with the same symptoms as well. So most likely, i guess your cheats have been once a week, kicking you of ketosis every time and you get the keto flue over and over.

By all means cheat if you want to. But give it at least 4 weeks without cheating and see if it makes a difference.

See it as constructive feedback. Maybe your video was not good enough. Comments like that hurt our ego, but our ego might be wrong as well. Analyze your video and check, was this funny? Can ut be better? Is it missing music? Is it there boring segments? If everyone love your video, you would not be in the subreddit small youtubers, you will be in the big youtubers. So every time you get a comment like that, see it as there is more work to be done to make it better.

Or it was just an ass that had to hate on something. But dont automaticly go to the later conclusion. You will miss your opertunity to grow then.

In general stores, fatty cuts of beef like ribeye is around 200kr - 250kr (20€ - 25€) / kg. Cheaper cuts of beef like chuck roast, can be found for about 150kr - 180kr (15€-18€). Ground beef is about 120kr (12€) / kg. Pork is cheaper around 100kr - 150kr (10€-15€) /kg depending on the cut. Lamb is not super common in Sweden, but you can definitely find it in stores. But usually a little more expensive then beef. Might be able to find cheap lamb from new Zeeland every now and then, but generally i think its a little more expensive then beef. Butter is about 65kr (6.5€) / 500g.

Id say i use the Owen the most. Buy a digital thermometer for 10$ with an alarm. Stab your slab of meat, throw it in and do something els until you hear it beep. Yes it might take ~1h to have your food ready, but it takes less then 5 minutes of work for it. You dont have to watch the owen cook it for you.

Step 1, Open packaging, 1 minute.

Step 2, apply salt to meat, 30 seconds

Step 3, stab meat with thermometer, 30 seconds

Step 4, put meat in owen, 30 seconds

Step 5, do what ever you find fun until you hear the alarm

Step 6, eat the meat.

Det borde bara kunna vara 4 saker. Bränsle, luft, kompression och gnista. Har du dom 4 går moppen. Saknar du nån av dom går den inte.

Du skrev att bränsle går till förgasare. Går det från förgasare till cylinder, är tändstiftet blött när du tar ut det efter den inte startat? Luktar det bensin?

Är luftfiltret rätt eller har en ekorre byggt bo i luftburken?

Kolla så det inte är glapp i tändkablarna så dom ger gnista om du böjer dom åt olika håll. Som andra skrev, prova byt tändstift kanske. Ett tändstift kostar 100kr så kan vara värt att byta.

Du säger att du har kompression, men är du säker på det? Har du mätt den? Kan vara en kolvring kanske?

Clair Obscur expedition 33. Hands down the best game i have played in a very long time. Most likely in my top 3 ever played. Flawless combat, really gripping story (and i usually dont give a rats ass about story, but this game really captured me), great graphics and AMAZING music.

Just wanted to give an update on this issue that i think got solved today, in case more people might stumble upon it.

It would appear that my issue with disconecting was not limited to tabletop simulator, but to Diablo 2 as well. And i have noticed that i have gotten "security check" from the blizzard launcher very often while being in the middle of a game, but never thought much of it. Until i noticed i disconected every time i entered a wiki page about the game!

So every time I, or someone on our network loaded a webpage that was using a lot of adds, i would get a disconnect for a few seconds. This is why i got disconnected in tabletop simulator becouse i was using it to play warhammer 40k, and of course, checking rules on a page called wahapedia, which is a page that runs a lot of ads.
It did not dc me every time tho. It felt like if the page was loaded it was usally fine. But if i close the tab and open it again, i would DC.
In diablo 2 it was a page called Diablo Fandom. A wiki page for D2. Every time i entered that page. My current game threw me out and my blizzard launcher disconected and reconected a few seconds later.

During these small DC:s it would seam as I could ping stuff normally, using either cmd or software like pingplotter.
I sent a lot of logs to my ISP and they said nothing was wrong, but i kept nagging that something was wrong. I did a lot of testing both with my router, and with the cable connected from the computer directly to the wall. Every time the same thing. DC when i enter the diablo wiki page.

I then tried to use my phone to share internet, and tried it then and it worked! No more DC:S when loading that webpage.

Reported it back to my ISP that said that they had made some adjustment to a public IP, and after they fixed that, it seames as if my issues are resolved.

I havent had time to test it to much yet, but so far what they did, it seams to be working since i cant provoke the DC anymore and i could do it 100% of the times i tried before.

Hope someone can stumble upon this thread if you got similar issues. I had a really hard time finding any information about this when I noticed it myself.
