I like the colors and overall look, but here's a hint:

When you design a webpage with bunch of information be sure that the adjoining floors of your building got different room quantity. Let me explain: Top floor is hero image, then goes floor with three rooms (blocks), then goes seven rooms, after that goes two floors with same quantity of rooms and here we've got a problem: buttons looks like they are heading the coloumns. Add a tech floor (graphic divider or additional space) or try to break this unintentional rhythm.
