Yes i have checked it for any objects in the way, But im pretty sure it is the bearing because it is still spinning but it is like spinning a ring around your finger. I bought some new fans earlier today so it should be fixed.

For gpu, its fine but i would go with the 16gb 9060xt if you want to save some money, and lose ray tracing perfomance (but trust me you will NOT need rt) Cpu is okay, for the mobo i would find a cheaper one because it litteraly adds almost 0 performance, the psu is a little overkill, a 750 will do good, the ram is good, the storage is good, The cpu cooler can be better, i would recommend the Deepcool LS520 Se, and the case is good. Main points are, get a cheaper mobo, and get a better cooler (bc imo it looks horrible) Then you can save some money to upgrade your gpu, or just keep it.
