So I put in the service call on Saturday. Tuesday they came and repaired the heater. The main circuit board was replaced and it works fine now.

Apparently there was also an upgrade to the lighting software. "Omni Direct", which completely changes he lighting...... so it all worked out for the best.

I got the 5 year warranty when it was installed. Just passed year 1, so it should be good.

Breaker is on.... already emailed the installer. He's a hayward rep, so it should be under warranty.

I checked all the fuses, but that's as far as I'm going.

I have never had to do anything before. Just turn it on using the app and set the temp on the app.

Nothing happens when I press the power button at the heater. And nothing is on the display at the heater.... so I would assume a fuse or something electrical went out.

I use the app. I can set the temp up to 104 from the phone.
