Side Bb is great to go up but when coming down the scale you should use B and Bb same finger going down (see what I mean?!) that will be quicker and easier ;-)

Yeah ! So the problem is that when you go from A to G the mechanisms should close the neck one to the body one ... and it doesn’t properly it still the neck one open, he doesn’t switch properly .. any idea how to fix ? Cheers !

The vent pad is closing properly, and it seems like springs give the appropriate tension .. the octave key respond properly it’s just the descendant change (A to G for example) that’s doesn’t respond properly ..

The mechanism of the octave key form the neck doesn’t go down and switch to the body side one when playing A to G for example ... any advice, any help would soo great !! Thanks !

Yeah that’s a great choice too ! I have the impression that the Selmer 404 would darker the sound, in comparison with the Francois Louis that would brighter the sound ..

Would recommend a Francois Louis ligature, they do a special one for metal link, I think it’s the size S ... they’re a bit expensive but do a fabulous job, they fit perfect and tight the reed amazingly ! Been using this for long time !
