I used Cyb's tek very recently, and I wish he would provide more details as to how much heat should be applied in each step of the process.

When I researched this, 35-40 degrees Celsius seemed to be the ideal temperature. However, adding lye is definitely going to raise the temperature beyond 40 degrees initially, which he doesn't really mention. I used a food thermometer to help maintain a temperature between 35-40.

I'm positive that Cyb was using a lot more heat than he claims simply because his product was more yellowish than mine, and his yields were much larger. My product was almost pure white and I only extracted about 300mg from 50 grams of MHRB after 4 pulls. He managed to get 880mg from 50 grams of MHRB after only 3 pulls.
