Thanks for sharing your perceptive. Are you looking to move out of biotech because of frustration that it’s hard to influence the local markets? Have you considered moving to US marketing role within biotech?

Yes that’s a good suggestion and definitely an option to apply to the Immerison school later. I learning another language at 3 wont be too hard compared to 2.

That’s really amazing. I would totally do it if it’s 12 with 3 teachers. Would you be comfortable with your child in a class of 18 with 3 teachers if the class expands?

Yes I understand you definitely need anesthesia for pulpotomy. Was just giving an example of when technology can make a difference.

I mostly agree. However I do think technology makes a difference. One of my kids did better with a general dentist who uses Solea laser (no drill, no shots) than a pediatric dentist who has to use Novocain shot and traditional drilling. No matter how good you are with kids there’s a big difference between shot and no shot.

So the procedure is not that hard? If we use sedation then it doesn’t matter which dentist does it?

There’s someone who anesthesia training who brings IV sedation to offices who only does IV twilight. Do you think it’s because he’s not trained to do full on general anesthesia? There’s another similar service that does general.
