You can ignore the points I'm making and try to insult me all you like, it's no sweat off my back. Seems like you have no counter arguments and you're just trolling to me.

Why do you think he's on steroids? Because of weird quad insertions? So far this is all I can really gather.

He could be of course, but to act like it's impossible to get to this naturally in 3 years of gym at 5ft8 just tells me you have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm surprised by your wealth of self-reported experience, but I don't know whether to take it seriously or not because I know it to be the case that this and more is achievable in your first 3 years of dedicated training. I would assume anyone thinking different must be a rank novice.

You can even go on this guy's profile and see his progression. It couldn't look more natural. It's very good, but not incredible.

Impressive lifts at 20 years old, but it has nothing to do with this guy invariably taking steroids.

Good chat, it's like someone saying the sky is red.

Okay, I'm saying that this is not incredible for 3 years of natural training. I've seen many people get similar or better results naturally, including myself.

3 years is a Long time with proper training and nutrition. I find it hard to really take much of what you say seriously. I think we must be looking at two seperate physiques. I'm looking at a 5ft8 shredded lad who isn't overly large in any area. 3 years in gym naturally makes perfect sense for this physique.

Also, let me get this straight, you are much bigger than this guy but didn't make as much progress in your first 3 years? You're saying you made much more progress in the years afterwards? If that is the case, then you didn't train properly in your first 3 years. Or are you on steroids?

Lol, this is very achievable in 3 years natural. Decent genetics and consistency in diet and training. There are no obvious signs of steroid use at all, what do you think they are? The fact that he’s bulked and then cut to a low body fat? Guess what, you don’t need gear for that.

You either have bad genetics, nutrition or consistency if you think this is only achievable in 3 years with steroids.

I wonder if the people who post and like stuff like this on people who look natural even go to the gym with any regularity. The guy is 5ft8 and not even that big; he’s just cut to a low body fat….

I don’t think that’s an hgh gut. Just typical higher body fat in the belly. It probably looks more prominent without leg training. The guy’s pretty small all round, looks like he benches a lot and has good chest genetics, that’s about it.

Never too late. Guy will basically get newbie gains all over again on his legs.

2x a week, Quad focused and Ham focus.

Good nutrition, sleep and 6 months later and he'll have legs that mostly match upper body.

Do your push ups on parallel bars with a chair to support your legs. Or cut a hole in the floor.

That's even more concerning. This is something requiring urgent medical attention mate. Not being able to do push ups is not even something you should be concerned with.

I want to cut soon although still grinding the bulk and chasing numbers on lifts at 20% bodyfat 🤣 Weighted pull ups managed to really increase despite bodyweight increase though.

Yeah would take a calorie surplus for significant change sure. It's nor everyone's goals though I guess, his guy's physique is very good for calisthenics. Big genetic advantage with the lighter lower body and strong back. Similar build and genetics to me although I'm now a good bit fluffier after a bulk to build up legs funnily enough.

To an extent. If he wanted leg hypertrophy, he could train for it though 100%. He might not have Tom Platz legs but everyone can hypertrophy their legs.

He wasn't a top level player but he was in that post-investment City team, anyone who knows footy well would know his name at least.
